What happened to this order of crab Rangoon. Got home and they are absolutely torn apart like a raccoon was put in our bag along with the pad Thai. 15 minute estimate on the phone phone took 30. Would not recommend.

This is the best thai food I have had in over a year. The takoyaki is such a nice surprise. The curries are phenomenal.

First time ordering from Thai Elephant and we were disappointed. We ordered delivery the Saturday after Thanksgiving. For 5 of us, it cost 70 bucks, which was fine considering the size of our order. The problem was three of us ordered noodle dishes, including pad thai, my fave. They were all flavorless, lacked sauce, had very little peanuts, hardly any scallions or egg, small amount of protein, and way too many bean sprouts. We were so disappointed. The summer rolls were decent but the spring rolls were awful - all mesclan mix, one strip each of red pepper, carrot, and cucumber, all wrapped in a leathery rice wrapper. Ugh. We couldn't eat them. Not good. Not sure we'll try again.

I had a great meal at this Thai restaurant in Cleveland. I ordered noodle soup and fried rice, and both dishes were delicious. The flavors were simple but authentic, just the way good Thai food should be. The portions were generous, the prices were reasonable, and the staff were friendly and polite. It’s a comfortable place for a casual meal, and everything tasted freshly made. If you’re looking for good, straightforward Thai food, this is a place worth trying.

You guys messed up my order. Despite asking the guy to check it last night. 1. The extra spring roll not there with the promotion was not there. 2. Gave me 1/2 of spring roll order. Online shows 6. Everything else I will eat and see how good. The Thai ice tea was watered down and disappointing. The food had no zing to it that you expect from Thai food. Like not the sum of its parts. I came from far east side 30 minutes away (which I told the guy last night) to come. I hope they remedy the situation. Green Curry Chicken was just ok. Chicken was blandish. Basil friend Rice had no real basil feel to it. Felt I was eating almost American-Chinese food instead of. Thai Let's get quality back. I hope they reach out to me so I can recommend going there.
